Any insight on how to get a list of houses and buyers would be great!

I have to list all parties to the transaction.

When you call their references, state the applicant listed them as a reference.

Personal referrals might point you in the direction of knowledgeable agents who are aware of investors' needs.Once you have a list of potential agents, interview them to ensure they align with your investment goals.

It's #32 on the list currently with a 2% growth rate from 2020 to 2023.

It doesn't have to be perfectly defined - for example you can have more than one market - but once you have a general criteria you can gather a list of Sponsors, eliminate those that don't fit your criteria, and then begin to interview them / some of their investors to make your final decision.

I think the privacy is high on my personal priority list as well, as i may have been going overboard by researching soundproofing solutions between walls and am actually in the process of adding another layer of drywall.

However I am wondering if investors in multifamily go into it with asking for 10-15% off of listing price? 

We have listed the townhouse in Gent and several showings are being scheduled.
