This has been one very stressful day, however I am so grateful for all of the comments, advise, feedback and support that has come my way on this site.

I wish I had been willing to work for free earlier in my life; on the other hand, I'm also grateful for the advice someone once told me, "they'll take advantage of you if you let them."

Absolutely, I am grateful for all that I have, and our job becomes to keep our tenants happy and continually improve our assets so they build and retain value, and manage our cash flow to its  highest and best use.

We're finding we're still able to get qualified tenants who will pay the rent.I am so grateful to have partners with the experience and knowledge that I do.

And, by all means, if anyone can refer me to a lender who can help, I will be forever grateful.

I honestly do not consider it work when I am doing anything to do with real estate investing and I am grateful for that.🙏🤑😃
