My wife and I are in our early thirties with a one year old girl.

My daughter roomed with a girl here @ a local college.Her father was a preacher & decided to buy a similar property to supplement his future retirement.

I'll inject a little humor here Antonio that this is the equivalent of the girl at a college party proclaiming "I'm so drunk!" 

I'm met many girls traveling alone saying the same thing.

I also wanted to say great job on the podcast I listen to it and few other while driving my little girls to school.

On top of which, our older girl will be finishing college, had to go this past summer to have enough credits to graduate this June costing a few thousand more.
