Its a major issue.So I am usually funding 2 to 3  month that are going through major foundation repairs IE 15 to 30k ... so when someone buys a home and has it as a buy and hold then one day its foundation goes.. there goes 10 years of positive cash flow or more down the drain as it were.

I'm already kind of all in and although I could cough up the money for this second list, it would pretty much drain my funds that I've earmarked towards this venture rendering my real estate flipping dreams dead. 

There solution to the problem was to install a curtain drain before the field, on the hillside.My question is, since this system is only around 15 months old, who is responsible for fixing the issue?

Be careful jumping in on deals that are deceptively good - you'll find that there may be title issues, encumbrances or horrible building conditions that will drain your coffers and take up a lot of time.

I had a plumber out the other day to clear a clogged washer drain line and he recommended this product down each drain 2 times a year as maintenance.

Advertise free oil, or drain yourself, cut it up with a sawsall and take it out.
