@Gavin Tam, the most critical component of investing in syndications is your due diligence on the sponsor(s) you invest with. 

I would include the following under your category of 'Increase Cash flow', if it's too long, I could cut it down more,Cash flow is often one of the critical factors to consider in the decision to purchase property.

If you are buying for cash flow, the market isn't as critical.
