Seriously, it was worth the extra money just for much easier it made taking the test.Unfortunately, I took the test in Tampa (Tampa School of Real Estate), so I can't help you here with an Orlando school.

The CoC (no debt) appears to be a Cap Rate.  

When I go into my profile and click on "Signature Options," I cannot edit what appears there, only select what shows, but I don't know where it's pulling the company information from or how to change it.

It appears they do not classify the same area as a 'high cost area', so I disqualify based on my income being greater than avg med income.I'm certainly not an expert here though...   

In this case, it's very possible that the member who is deploying is moving the spouse across town into a living situation that will be easier for her to handle while he's gone. 

That is mostly because the local city-run water department really likes to make a huge mess out of everything they can and just keeping everything in my name has turned out to be easier in the long run. 

I had a light bulb moment and listed the 3/2 house as a 2/1 house by locking up and excluding my master bedroom from the listing (way easier, good compromise for me).I'm paying my next-door-neighbor-cleaning-lady $25 per turnover.

@Jagpreet SinghIt all depends upon the listing agent, If he is responsive and is professional, it is easier to deal with one agent.

The numbers I've run appear good to eventually turn it into a rental.
