If anyone has a lead on a good contractor, by the way, I’d be grateful.I’m mostly intrigued by the joint venture on a block renovation and if there were some area in or around Akron where that might work.

Also, I do realize that if I hammer a couple back into place there is the likelihood that they may bump again in years to come.Lastly, I'm venturing on this small project because I am preparing to completely repaint every room in the house.

So most LLCs aren't worth 10 cents or provide the liability protection or what ever the hoped for purpose they where created for.A partnership LLC operating agreement is written like a Joint Venture agreement including statements of risk, should the project fail.  

Wouldn't mind public feedback on my venture, either :)

Finally last year I formed a new corporation which lends out hard money for real estate ventures.  

@Randy E.... there are some DIY mold test kits available, but if you want assurance of the situation, have a  mold remediation professional test and provide a certification.As for the guys who suggested that you cover the crawlspace with plastic, I agree.  

But, again, if you love that exterior DIY stuff then not so much..Also, if you have any specific questions, just quote or mention me  and I can come back and fill in (I don't know much about massive conversions or building or developing new ones, just owned and rented a few and been on 3 boards).....
