Anson - oh brotha, I agree with you 100%I'm old skool "fix n flip" investor - we believe in "KISS" - KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPIDI found out - the more paperwork the seller has to sign - the more an attorney will get involved.Here's a fact: thicker the paper work - bigger the problems!!!
