My mentors have advised me to either, take out the the washer/dryer hook-ups (cap off) or put in coin-op laundry, protections against countless liability reasons, i.e. laundry business etc...So, after the applicant, now tenant, signed the lease agreement and the supplemental renters addendum, which clearly states in section 'J' subsection '1', "no personal laundry units shall be installed and or otherwise used by any tenant at any time{....}, landlord reserves the right to discontinue laundry access at anytime for any reason."

If I was her, I'd give the name of the subletter to the landlord, and a copy of the sublease, too, which would show good faith in cooperating, then throw myself on the mercy of the judge.

. = $105.00 This was all done without my approval, I let the first two slide because I would have agreed to them fixing them both (not the dryer vent) I don't even supply the washer and dryer so them complaining of a leak on THEIR washer and cleaning the vent to the dryer doesn't make sense to me nor having to fix a shower head?

About how much could I expect to pay for a two-car garage conversion and adding a toilet and sink (washer line and a sink line is already installed, we'd just need to tie in the toilet)?
