Unlike smaller ticket price items that have some standardization, SF and small MF housing investments tend to be very unique and dependant significant investigation before purchase--combined with the price tag that niche does not lend itself to online marketing--too few numbers of potential buyers.Potential buyers/investors are most likely already close by, interested in the market and able to act quickly.
