Lots of smaller, older home were likely to be torn down in big cities so buyers can build larger infills.With Trudeau and his government allowing 5 million+ immigrants in over the last 5-7 years (which is not sustainable), our population has grown too quickly and it has created problems.

Also not having a walmart or lowes in town is kind of a pain when setting it up or needing things quickly, but guests really seem to love the more remote setting so it's a give and take.Similar to Hurricane I'm not sure how sustainable the current occupancy rates are once the post-covid boom settles down, but we went live in March and have been booked pretty much solid ever since.

@NA V.Though your concerns about energy prices are certainly valid, I would argue the damage of sustained low oil prices has been absorbed at this point.
