@Austin EberleGreetings Austin,I've seen a number of bandit signs hanging around on light posts and corners in the Phoenix Metro area.

Had a flood plain go right through the corner of a property once and had to have an elevation survey to show the house was above that plain because it looked like on the map it could have touched the corner of the house.Good MLOs won't leave you hanging and wondering WTF is going on. 

Take in all the information and try and put some logic to it........then make a decision and take action.Stay the course people say hang in there!  

Some are fine with just letting people hang license in their office so they can take half their commission.

If you have never closed a deal with that agent he basically seen the opportunity that was good enough to bag for himself and did not leave it hanging out there for time to kill.

Hey everyone, I have been hanging out in the forums for a couple months and wanted to take the chance to introduce myself.

I feel much more motivated in my real estate goals because of it and find myself thinking about real estate more in general as well.I have curved my habit of jumping on Fb every time I have downtime like on a train, hanging out, etc.

Slang is fine when you're hanging out with your buddies on a ship but people with money aren't going to take you seriously if you speak in Twitter-ese. 

If you are accounting for maintenance, vacancy, CapEx, and Management costs that will be encountered while holding the property then I'd say you are in great shape to hang on. 

Seeing as the 1031 only benefits investors, it might be considered low hanging fruit.It's funny, when we bought our vacation home, some people thought we were flaunting all this money we didn't really have.
