The big problem with manufacturing in China is the supply chain of materials.

So, look to performing notes to learn, then you won't be initially trying to find attorney's having foreclosures or trying to deal with daisy chain types. :)

Those expenses could be home office, travel to Memphis, business meals where you discuss your Memphis properties, etc.

Most of our guests eat out a few meals due to how close we are to town, but a fairly large number prepare one meal at the house. 

The tenant could conceivably claim "family heirloom" or "tools for my profession" or "used for preparing and/or serving family meals".

It will kill you.Make sure that you have the ability to require the company to replace the manger if he/she is not performing.Find out what the chain of command is, and what the company does when a property is not performing up to standards.
