Some simple web searching seems to say you had 48 hours from the notice to perform, not from the expiration of the contingency.

I also like that it has an app option as well so you can view your dashboard in a web browser or in an app.

I went to each of the municipality web pages, and looked for any mention of allowing or dis-allowing short term rentals, and then went to those that do allow them, and that were in close proximity to my house, and started looking for houses to buy. 

@Rick Trivedi I did and they sent me to a web page that they would give permits to build here.I removed everything with 'Conditional' permits form the list. 

Sounds like you need to be talking to a CPA, not a web forum.
