All units (except 1) currently rent for 450/mo and are identical layouts. 

I have two identical units and by playing musical parts determined I had a bad condenser fan motor.

Unless you completely repainted the walls and ceilings, and replaced all carpets and draperies. they will just say it's not from them unless you can show an identical test result claiming that spot tested negative when they moved in.Or, they will just say they did smoke, outside the building, at work, or in their vehicles.  

That’s the easiest way to avoid this fraud.

Investment properties, need to be mortgaged as just that an investment property or it is mortgage fraud. 

The fact that you're offering him a different wage for NOT giving him a 1099 is righttttt along that line of tax fraud, the assumption is not reporting income. 

I guess they figured I’d buy it lol the excuse was “ someone stole my identity and now the bank has a lockdown on my account “ To which I respond . “ I don’t believe you and your now going to get a late fee because I know that no one would ever even want your identity because you have bad credit no money and no assets !

You need to live there too if you are going to be on the deed for an FHA loan otherwise it is mortgage fraud. 

It would be mortgage fraud if you make a misrepresentation that is material to the transaction.
