The LLC is named after the address of one of the properties, it's nothing you'd recognize, especially since you need to have a prior relationship with the sponsor and a Lifestyles PIG membership to be able to invest in it. 

Depending upon your BP membership level, it might be free as well.

There was a recent surge in membership and I think they are just slowing things down a bit.

I'm not opposed to paying $20K/year to be part of something great, however there are plenty who will happily sell you a membership without qualifying.

@Victor Olvera   You are in the hotbed of multifamily membership.....there's probably a dozen groups in Texas that provide training, coaching, mentorship.   

My subscribers (it's a membership site) have shown a great interest in real estate investing and so I'm learning all I can with an eye to... referring them to Loan Originators when the need arises,... recommending brokers...and possibly publishing other resources for them as a benefit of membership.This seems like an *outstanding* resource forum.
