I have been replying to posts for eight year and trumpeting the benefits and risk mitigation of adding value and people respond to me like I've lost my mind.

Use the search feature to find: people; posts/blogs on specific topics; and answers to all of your questions.3.

Although there are tons of student rentals, there arealso  tons of post-grad students, resident physicians and other faculty and staff (not to mention the non-UI demand) that make great renters for multiple years. 

Encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

Looking back I realize my post wasn’t as clear as I wanted it to be, lol, so thanks for asking me to clarify. 

New here on forum, so hopefully this is the right place to post....
