Im a little disorganized,  and with having a full time job I am starting to get overwhelmed with managing utilities and turnover and am questioning if renting by the room is feasible on a large scale business model of 10+ houses. 

Eventually I will identify a particular piece of property and spend the money on a more exhaustive feasibility study for that specific location, but I feel like I need to have done some research on the Tucson area or SE AZ as a whole in order to see what I'm up against.

A 10 hour drive plus a hotel room and two days off of work just make it not feasible. 

Most will provide you with an upfront feasibility analysis.

All that being said though, congrats to you since you are getting to the point where it is feasible and that is the dream of a lot of real estate investors including myself.

However, I have been unable to find anywhere that talks about a feasibility study, etc. for vacation rentals.

I have an idea of some structured financing I'd like to apply for with banks - and wanted your opinion on if it was feasible or not... and regardless some additional ideas about things I may not be considering.So I'll start with my situation, then!

I wonder if it would be feasible to increase the rent and just include them.

I personally have a lawyer, but whenever I need their service, I  perform a detailed analysis as to if is feasible or not.

Seems a lot more feasible than my local area (as I am sure you know in your area as well).
