I just left a job where I am invested in my SURS (state university retirement system) and I want to roll it over into a self directed IRA but have received differing answers.  

Then after a few years you can't keep up the breakneck pace and you start wearing down if you do not put systems into place.

Most are running on private systems etc.You just need to make sure you are IN the growth and not on the outside looking in hoping eventually they come your way.

Systems are 7 years old.  

I was listening to a webinar on NAR and a few of the webinar hosts said that a second is not an automatic deal breaker as the long as the second doesn't demand too much and they've even heard of the first giving the second up to a few thousand dollars or possibly forcing the seller to contribute to the second for a couple of thousand.My ultimate goal was to get some experience and develop systems so I could have an assistant take care of all of this for me. 

Built in 1920, recently renovated top to bottom, new central air throughout house and new heating system.

Went on to get my MBA and MS in Computer Systems Management.Everything I did was project based.  

Has anyone herd of CAMELS Rating system..Please give me some insight.

I guess I wouldn't be able to cheat the system by saying I am renting out 4 and Living in the 5th?

Up until this point, I've been an Android guy and am also an IT guy, so I know all about the ins-outs of both systems.
