For ease of banking and taxes we want to put them into a series LLC in another state that allows this like Delaware.

Right now I currently own property in San Miguel de Allende, Tulum and Merida and it has, to-date, been my best investments.  

Is it the DST, which is a Delaware-based entity?

That's still $475k for a 2bed/2bath, pretty tough for someone living on $15-20/hr.As @Candice De mentioned, the L2L incentives to Lease to Locals, up to $24k a year on top of normal rent (no cap that I've seen) to 'save ski season' caught my attention.
