I personally wont give a wholesaler a non refundable deposit.. if the deal cant close for some reason they will normally ghost you.. this is probably new western or one of those outfits.. who rely on FOMO high pressure to get the deposits up front and released like that.

I think agents are trying to get creative to not deal with the new changes....but fact is, Wholesaling is just another slice in the pie.

Has anyone here worked on a deal with this company or worked for them? 

They want someone who can source deals, analyze them, negotiate them, and help them make more $. 

I'm currently looking for more resources so I can see how real people are finding and closing real deals and what are realistic and possible cap rates and cash on cash rates. 

If your in there partnership program they refer you to their client if they need to sell.its a one time yearly fee & any deal closed you pay $1500i couldn't find any reviews or much info on company outside of there website.courage to know if anyone has had any dealings with this company as I find it a little strange that they don't accept any credit card payments only zell or wire or ACH.

I have been dealing with CMHA for 10 years , never heard of it.

For me, the majority of learning came “on the job” while managing my first few deals.

This house was very nice and clean (build later 1980) My tenant recently claimed there is mold on 1fl (it is like basement as there is no window, it is next to garage) When i see, the mold is not only one area but it seems widely spread on the ground floor (laundry room, wall, celiling etc) Since it is OOO investment, it is not easy to deal with mold issue.
