You can't get an exact number so accept that, however learn the costs for common things, flooring, paint, cabinets, countertops, bathroom vanities, tub/ shower inserts, a new HVAC or new roof depending on your area, siding repairs or replacement if that is relevant in your area.

The U-shaped pipe under the sink also became detached while I was cleaning up the water, presumably due to the water pressure, and drained the dirty water from both sinks into the cabinet below then onto the floor.
