and ethics.there is a broker here in Oregon going to get in a lot of hot water for this right now.. depends on how your state views the marketing of a property you don't own.. when your not licensed.. which in our state is a clear violation and you will get a fine and a cease and desist.. and a broker who is aiding and abeting could easily lose their license..
