Hey all,I'm finally at the point where I'm going to file for my LLC.

Heard dogs barking inside.  3 days later filed petition to evict against previous owner.  

All things considered, I would suggest going to an attorney right away as there are steps that should be taken with the servicing of the mortgage before filing for a foreclosure.

I  appreciate the google sites idea as I use google voice for my business number so it should sync up well.  

Go to the courthouse and ask at the Recorder's Office how many deeds were filed last year and year to date in that town.

I plan on purchasing one property per year I do not want to file bankrupt by purchasing 5 a yr.

Texas (deed state, not liens) doesn't start the redemption clock until the deed is filed for recording. 

I had questioned the escrow closing agent about the amount that was entered on the Deed $10 and they told me it was the filing fee.  

I am using someone local who can answer specific questions and file my return, but certainly not forward looking real estate tax strategy.
