I've watched 2-3 Brandon BP videos and I'm not getting to the bottom line or answer on this property.

I have watched numerous videos on wholesaling however I would love help with how the contracts work.

I'm looking to gain some clarity on if this type of financing is eligible for investment/LLC situations as again, I won't be living in these residences.

I have since then been watching Youtube videos, listening to Podcasts, reading books, and taking some online real estate investing courses. 

The more episodes and YT videos i listen to, the more excited I get.

For me, my contractor actually has an onboarding system where they load the work, upload videos and pictures, and I can do that even if I weren't out of state.
