If a defendant shows up and claims they are caught up on rent, then they get to have a trial, which actually just means they stand in front of the judge for a couple of minutes and answer questions and present any evidence.

Also I considered doing some variation of door hangers whereby I simply tape my letter to the door of the property if it looks like no one is home when I drive by.Another little tip I have for mailing on the cheap is to skip the envelope all together.
