I am reading "The Book of Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Turner and I also have "BRRRR Method: The Secret to Building a Real Estate Portfolio" by David Greene.

Do you guys worry about the future of green energy?

An update on this, just in case anybody green like me is interested:We installed a safety fence and alarms on all of house doors that lead to the pool area.

In David Green's book,  The BRRRR Rental Property Investment Strategy Made Simple, he says it is great to work with a bunch of agents and he details how he finds them in a new market.

I want to get started in real estate investing using the Brrrr method but don't have the capital to purchase or renovate I just completed the book by David Greene BUY REHAB RENT REFINANCE REPEAT, and I truly believe this is a strategy that I can do.
