Hello Owais, I consider Central Florida every city between Tampa to Orlando, in counties such as Polk, Osceola, and Hillsborough as well as part of Orange County, but you could still find the best prices in cities such as Lakeland, Winter Haven, Bartow and Plant City.

first thing i would do is focus on curb appeal. pulling weeds manicuring the lawn and adding flower beds with mulch and plants is a good way to start. you do want to spend some time in the kitchen and bathroom's there main selling points of a house. a good way to add value would be to expand the living area in the basement and attic areas if possible adding a bedroom or bathroom would certainly add good value. hardwood/laminate flooring is highly desirable. obviously you want to paint the house.

Once in a while, you can identify a property which has a defect in title or even a defect in the title commitment (title companies rely too much on their 'title plant' and I always find errors).

This severely limits the time I can spend doing website improvements and writing reviews during the Halloween months, so we decided to start digging and see what our other options were (which is how I found BP).BTW, I work at a coal-fired power plant and she works M-F running the Amazon account for an off-road industry aftermarket parts manufacturer (another hobby of ours).Since then (about 6 months ago), I've started binging on BP books, those written by Rich Dad and others by various business-related authors...
