Hey BP community,I am looking for a property/building inspector that specializes in multi-family property to help me inspect a property in Jacksonville FL area.

It's the top floor of a 3 story building (2006) and I attribute it to settling (picture attached with old repairs done by prior owner).I have one person's contact that I met at the recent BP get together in Brooklyn, but I want to get a couple bids since I'm unsure of what needs to be done to fix this.Thank you in advance for your thoughts.

I best advise you to consult this topic with an accountant who specializes in REI.

you might want to reach out to @crystal Nixon she specializes in real estate and is very affordable.

Many were start up companies in that specific industry, since the property was specialized, and they didn't even have revenues.

Obviously they need to create a special assessment situation.

Also I don't like the fact that the association can do special assessments that will impact my cash flow.
