I am soaking in all the info I can to get into wholesaling properties and notes,building my buyers list and looking for deals just havent found the right one yet but I'm not giving up!

But planting a seed, even with just a message every 30 days will get you some of those deals eventually.

Be a sponge and soak it all in.
