I am defining profit as money left over after all related expenses over those two years (mortgage, improvements, maintenance, taxes, insurance, heat, electricity, water, fees, etc).I am not married, have no children, and have no animals.

The tenant did have a small dog which he paid a pet deposit for, however after getting the carpets professionally cleaned the animal smell still persists, and we had to have the carpet re cleaned.

They also reserve the right to force you to get rid of the pet if it weighs-in at over 50 lbs.As a huge animal lover, no way would I ever consider buying a condo in a place with rules like that.
