Hello everyone, I’m looking to volunteer ~5 hours a week to help a real estate investor in any way possible so I can learn the ropes.

I'm traveling to town next week to get a feel for the area and hopefully gain some insight before investing in Huntsville, AL.

As we all know Cannabis became legal in Canada few weeks ago and tenants are allowed to have a small grow up (up to 5 plants if I am not mistaken) How are you handling it to make sure things don’t get out of control without crossing the line? 

This past week I completely read the Best Ever Apartment book by Joe Fairless and Theo Hicks...Excellent Read!

My question is should i wait the 2 weeks before making offers lile the lender says although he said this will he wrapped up quickly or... do i move forward with my offer and find a way to make this work?

I found BiggerPockets a couple months ago and bought my second investment property a couple weeks later and I am currently putting together the financing for my next. 

I just started learning about wholesaling maybe 3 weeks ago.

I just this week had a offer accepted.

Determine the charges and make the tenants pay it now or set up a payment plan (no more than six months).

I leave Thursday, so possibly next week sometime?
