Unlike my current active stratagy on my 19 SFH,  I will not be able to recoup the renovation cost back out of the property value by having an 80% Loan to value pulled on the back end because the buy price is just not good enough.

Just your basic 20% down get a loan, etc.I know there are 84 other variables that come into play in making the decision.Does the think tank here have any general pieces of advice?

Have you over or under improved the property based on the comps and immediate area? 

The line will be over $500k so most banks process it similar to a regular home loan.  

Hi BR Community,I just closed on a duplex property using a DSCR loan with a 8.625% in Cleveland, OH.

They pay me good monthly cash flow and are paying off my mortgages, and I do them a solid once in a while and let them improve my homes the way they want.

Their priority is to get their car loan and cell phone bill paid..or else!

I'm wondering if it would be an option in my situation to do a blanket loan for scaling.

Quick question.. if I just incorporated, on what basis would I apply for a loan on?
