Motivating my team is basically my full time job!

Can you get a roommate now, cut spending, get a second job? 

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

@Adam Rodriguez just fix it but my guess is the hardest part of this job is going to be translating what they mean by the handle broke. 

My fiancé and I are fortunate enough to have stable jobs that can support low CoC returns.

Sifely isnt a bad middle tier Kwikset for basic but gets the job done

Trying to manage subcontractors and their specific scopes is a FULL time job, in my opinion.  

Would love to work with a mortgage broker eager to get the job done and get me the best deal possible. 

I'm moving overseas for a while which will make embassy scheduling tough for notarizations that require wet signatures.

That means calling the shots, setting my own schedule, and spending quality time with my loved ones – all while building something substantial for the future for my family.So, I'm throwing caution to the wind and jumping into this with both feet.
