My view is along the same lines as the Surprise PD/lenders is that you don't really own real property (attached fixtures) considering the bank's collateral for the loan is "real property"on the other hand I don't blame the guy for taking appliances and things he may have bought himself or upgraded, but c'mon the air handler?

There may be a bit more in monthly rent because my properties also have central air, ceiling fans, etc that altogether bump up the rent a bit.We are in a crazy market right now in which everything is selling/renting fast, so I don't know that it makes much difference today to have a dishwasher or not.
