Listening to audio books (like how to win friends and influence people) and podcasts.

Im hoping the Ultimate Beginner's Guide is available in an audio version too.

Here in Orlando, FL, we have a year-round international market for short term rental vacation homes mainly due to Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld, so it has the potential for being the perfect setting for very profitable vacation homes.  

We wanted Thermador and Viking appliances, travertine floors, all wood, dovetail cabinetry, 8" solid core interior doors (24 of them), whole house fan, 8' insulated garage doors, GE Smart home audio/video/cat6, Hunter ceiling fans, Kohler fixtures, multi-zone HVAC, 2x6 and 2x8 exterior wall construction, aluminum clad wood windows, custom railings, 5/8" drywall throughout, etc...  

I literally learned most of what i know now from YouTube, these forums, and listening to audio books on line.

It as a horrid little studio apartment carved out of an attic in an old Victorian in Tacoma. 

I now live in property owned by my mother - it also has an HOA ironically - where I have a home photography studio that makes a small amount of money, so I don't know that I'll be house hacking especially with my 3 kids but hey, maybe!
