It is sort of like buying a little car that is pretty cheap $2-4k for your 16 year old and using all your AAA towing mileage to pick the car up throughout the year and then eventually buying a nice used or new car VS buying a used or new Honda, Toyota, Ford (Insert reliable used car) and it lasting your kid through college till they are adults.

It was extremely difficult, but I ended up with an amazing, beautiful, smart and funny young adult.

Because people with Tourettes usually in adult hood deal with severe anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD.

I tell them in the marketing that we require an application for each adult, the fee is $30 per application, we need verifiable income of 3x the rent, and we need a government issued photo ID.

I come back to eat and enjoy some cool adult beverages .

We ended up renting it to a family with 3 adults and 6 kids lol   🙂If you’re planning on staying in one unit then - in the meantime - you gotta figure out how to split the utility cost with your tenant.
