I owned a mortgage company that serviced loans, in today's world, I wouldn't touch servicing unless I had a trained staff and a portfolio of about 25M making the brain damage worth while.

If you are planning on flipping them they margin is probably too tight to make it worthwhile unless you are willing to wait for someone able to pay in the $70K range.
