I think I have the earlier information mostly right and understood but here's the parts I don't understand.

Here is exactly what that one paragraph says;"It is understood and agreed to by all parties that (salesperson name)_______ and (real estate agency name)___________are acting as an agent solely representing the buyer in this transaction (buyers agent) This form does not create an agency relationship in accordance with SC code of laws 40-57-139"So I am a little confused by the language.

Understood, I will summarize for the original poster only what is relevant to her issue:Emmanuela:There are more issues at play than simply the raise in the rent and whether or not the landlords are required to give certain types of notices.

@Todd Plambeck thanks I understood that it was just starting the eviction process, but you should only start the process if you plan to follow through.
