I have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.

I've been working professionally in technology for 25 years and I'm looking to get involved in Real Estate (wholesale, flipping and rentals seem the most intersting to me but I'm open to other options as well!)

Most municipalities in this day in age have an online data base, most are integrated with mapping technology that allows you to simply click on parcels of land and it will generate this data based on tax records etc.

Plus my guess is the technology will become better, why be stuck with old obsolete technology for 18 years?

I've been selling technology into resi and commercial real estate for a while and have also worked in property management for a multifamily REIT.

I am very interested in further exploring how real estate intersect with technology and would love to connect with those who have an interest in that.

My goal is to focus exclusively on technology inventors but for now I'm not terribly specific.
