Most should show 12 months out.Yes, a host can set how far out you will allow guests to book.....3 mo/6 mo/9 mo/1 yr/ no limit....I suspect most hosts use 1 year as John says.

I notice the California numbers are low and I suspect that's because evictions are so difficult to do there.While the numbers may not be completely accurate, just knowing that evictions are significantly higher on the east coast than in the flyover states could be an important consideration for an investor.
