Finding someone who can see the vision of tiny houses and how they can be a part of the solution in the "missing middle" in the housing market AND has some real estate development experience.I've made significant traction over the last couple of years but need to get to the next level so we can pull all of it together and get the concept community underway.

I will consider keeping it but I just can't see the appreciation keep climbing with out a drop sooner than later but who knows 

Very overlooked way to get into an existing team and see things from the inside. 

Many folks seem to want to hold right now until we wind down from COVID-19 and are able to see the true effects on real estate investing.

I don't see the benefit in paying into a mortgage for a total of 42 years just to save 200$ a month for 30 of them. which is $72,000 LESS but you've already paid more.I think it would make more sense to see if you can adjust your mortgage to have a payment that is roughly the same at a shorter term then to extend 30 years

But I have a dream, I have a desire to succeed, to see the light at the end of the tunnel, and one day, I hope to look back at recount the sleepless nights and stresses that laid the path to a better future.I have a 9-to-5 job and with the social distancing rules in place, I have been doing more teleworking.

We do see the value in short term and know that you can make good money in it, but we don't feel that it is as stable as long term rentals. 

I feel in Q3-Q4-Q1 we will start to see the sell-off and foreclosures as right now, not all landlords can go into forbearance on their loans.So, I'm continuing to build my reserves and opportunity fund and waiting until the right deal comes along.
