I don't see the benefit in paying into a mortgage for a total of 42 years just to save 200$ a month for 30 of them. which is $72,000 LESS but you've already paid more.I think it would make more sense to see if you can adjust your mortgage to have a payment that is roughly the same at a shorter term then to extend 30 years

I feel in Q3-Q4-Q1 we will start to see the sell-off and foreclosures as right now, not all landlords can go into forbearance on their loans.So, I'm continuing to build my reserves and opportunity fund and waiting until the right deal comes along.
