So, she understood what I was doing and why.  

For instance, he identified the load bearing walls when we walked the property, he understood where the existing plumbing was, and where new plumbing would need to go, he assessed where HVAC ducts were, and where new ducts would need to be routed, he understood the changes that would need to occur to the electrical system, etc., etc., and he understood the costs of all of those issues.

in real estate I would have taken advantage of the STR loophole, and also gotten more mentorship for someone that understood the market I was in instead of using general advice. woulda been less headache more revenue. 

Did the loan officer go over your fees line by line so you understood them?

Thanks Jillian this is very helpful.A few questions:If I understood correctly, you need to file with the SEC (once I presume) and then once approved you need to file with every state where you advertise?

Maybe the title was a little misleading, some understood like @Joe Splitrock & other members.The idea of having age Limits or age requirements was so BP can better manage minors accounts on BP.

In my conversations I have understood their focus is to help people buy rental property through rather traditional means - buy cash flowing real estate on or off market - with typical financing 25% or more down and owning for the long haul.
