Sure you may have to replace the fridge once in a blue moon, but you're not dealing with HVAC or plumbing issues.

Even after explaining that we have black carts for regular trash, green carts for yard waste, blue carts for recycle (paper, glass, aluminum), the good ones would throw burger wrappers into the yard waste carts, put soda cans and bottle water into the regular waste carts, and put caulk tubes, left over 2X4s, and an entire ceiling fan into the recycle carts. 

I can read blue prints and have an understanding of how various aspects of a project should be done and look. 

We have the architect blue prints, however, we now have to design the interior in where things are going to go (cabinets, DW, sink, toilet, etc.)  

Rather than asking what their deposit is out of the blue with no ballpark, I think it would be easier to ask them "is it true that you have a $500 security deposit with the landlord?

However, Midwest City is more blue collar and has Tinker AFB as a major employer.

If you are investing in class C blue collar areas and want to live in the Mulitfamily that you buy, your experience may be quite different than living in a Class B or A.
