Student loans prior to drop out, medical caused by the illness, consumer cause by the job loss, or a mix of two or three of those (if a mix, a percent breakdown would be helpful).Are they just unpaid/delinquent accounts, or was bankruptcy declared?

Many of my tenants have unpaid medical bills and other loans (credit card, car payment, etc.) with late payments which have been satisfied.  

We got a call a few hours later from the doctor and she said that from everything she can see, it appears that he has cancer and it seems a tumor in his spleen had ruptured.

I was thinking of buying everything under a LLC  since I don't want any possibility of a law suit from either my medical practice or from my real estate holdings to affect one another.

I am planning on attending medical school next fall, but would like to begin my real estate investing before I matriculate.

You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing, medical housing or tourists.

I've met doctors who couldn't diagnose a common cold.

I have a full time job in medical sales, but am wanting to get back into the game to help build my portfolio and also add some balance to it.  

Standard financing is not available to my friend due to marks on his credit for medical bills etc.
