There has also been several other new construction projects that have come on line or scheduled to come on line within the next 12-24 months.My property was built in 1963 and has been rehabbed several times with the latest rehabb taking place when I purchased it.

(purchase price 100K and sold it for 120K)then sold 1 memphis property for a loss (purchase price 116K and sold it for 128K) but because so many repair costs and credits to the buyer turned out to be around $8000 overall loss, not gain.My latest sale is a WINNER:   San Antonio has greatly appreciated!

We actually had to leave this realtor because he stopped finding us houses and we didn't jump ship soon enough because of loyalty.Heck ever our latest realtor had never worked with us first and only knew of us from our friend and her recommendation.
