This is normal after a drop like that.Keep an eye on migration rates in and out, local employment/unemployment trends, large companies moving in or out, housing inventory, days on market, year-over-year percentage change in appreciation, and of course interest rates as it can reduce demand and stall a market.Continued success!

And yes, the trend is that as a seperate entity the LLC has to be represented by an attorney, you can be a witness, but unless you are an attorney you can't represent the company.Eve, you asked basically the same thing in another thread requiring much the same response.
