There are other Supreme Court cases that strike down cohabitation restrictions, and it doesn't matter if they are "still on the books", those laws are VOID without further action.Family courts can set reasonable restrictions on an individual basis "in the best interest of the child" (that's the standard in Texas).

After the closing of this home which was inspected and punched out fully, my understanding is - the tenant went through a sickness or death of a child and got divorced and took it all out on the property (as you can see.)

Another strange thing as that we spent over an hour in the house during the inspection and she made no mention of the allergic reaction then or when touring the house during the showings, when the cat was still living there.
