Hello All,My name is Joshua Fair born and raised in Tampa Florida I am 29 with 2 beautiful girls and wife.

A colleague of mine owns ~75 properties in those markets (bought foreclosed) and fixed up the properties w/ new cabinets, granite, etc (they look beautiful).

It's a college town, it's beautiful, is a high quality of life small city, it's growing rapidly, and it's the kind of place people visit and fall in love with/stay.

Also inexpensive 1 brs are like asking for a lot of tenant headaches.One of the beautiful things about REI for newer investors is being able to get a 30 year fixed rate loan and let your tenant slowly pay it off for you.One suggestion on looking for a house to buy.
