If a local REIA is a member of National REIA, all the members of the local REIA are automatically members of National REIA, as long as the local REIA pays it's National REIA due.Benefits include huge Sherwin Williams discounts, Home Depot discounts, and other discounted services, similar to what BP offers in the way of tenant screening services.

Walk into any big brokerage like Coldwell Banker or Keller Williams and tell them that you want to become an agent.

We never signed an extension.Deal #2 fell apart 2 days before the closing date with Keller Williams.
